PROJECT OVERVIEW

Interior & Exterior as One.

Ivory Terrace is a ground-floor bungalow with a 900 sq ft rooftop entertaining space. Our mandate extended from the living room to the rooftop — a rare opportunity to design an interior-exterior continuum. The palette was ivory limestone on the ground floor, transitioning to sealed sandstone on the roof. Brass hardware and embedded lighting tie the two levels together.

DESIGN NOTES

900 sq ft That Changed the Brief.

The rooftop was added to the project scope during the Discovery phase. It required structural reinforcement, waterproofing, and a bespoke drainage system — all designed before interior work began, so the building could breathe as one system.
