MEP and PEB are the disciplines where errors are invisible until they are catastrophic — and where excellence is invisible until it is absent. At Lisno India, our engineering division operates to a standard that tolerates neither. Every system we design is BIM-modelled for clash detection before execution begins, and every structure we fabricate is manufactured to exact dimensional tolerances with full load calculations on file.
Our MEP capability spans mechanical HVAC design, complete electrical distribution, and plumbing and sanitation systems. Our PEB division designs and erects pre-engineered steel structures for industrial, warehousing, commercial, and hybrid-use projects. Both divisions deploy dedicated on-site engineers throughout execution, with stage-by-stage documentation and regulatory compliance as standard — not as an afterthought.

Dedicated engineers on every site ensuring execution matches design intent at every stage. Our site team holds daily review meetings, maintains a real-time RFI log, and produces weekly progress reports against the approved programme.
Full adherence to NBC, IS codes, and project-specific regulatory requirements. Our compliance team prepares submission packages, manages authority liaison, and maintains a complete as-built documentation archive for every project we deliver.

Site erection by our specialist crew using calibrated equipment and strict safety protocols. Alignment checks and torque verification are carried out at every connection before sign-off.
