PROJECT OVERVIEW
Vertex Tower spans three contiguous floors of a Grade-A commercial building in BKC, Mumbai. Each floor serves a distinct function — trading floor, client entertainment, and executive offices — but all three speak with a single, unmistakable brand voice. The design language: dark steel, champagne bronze, and smoked glass throughout. MEP was fully coordinated across all three floors with a single BMS.

DESIGN NOTES
Integrating MEP across three separately leased floors of a multi-tenanted building required detailed coordination with the building's base infrastructure. We managed this in-house, delivering a single BMS point for all HVAC, lighting, and security.
