01 — RESIDENTIAL
Delhi · 2024 · 3,800 sq ft
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Crimson Heights occupies the top two floors of a luxury tower in South Delhi. The existing interior had been untouched for a decade. We stripped it to structure and rebuilt — warm Venetian plaster walls, custom walnut paneling, and an entirely new MEP infrastructure. The double-height living room now features a bespoke steel-and-glass mezzanine, hand-railed with brushed bronze.

DESIGN NOTES
Venetian plaster, walnut, and bronze are inherently warm materials. The challenge was using them without the space feeling heavy. We balanced every warm tone with either white stone or glazed steel to maintain a sense of lightness.
