The Art of Restraint.

Pearl Penthouse is an exercise in minimalism at its most rigorous. The client, a software entrepreneur, wanted a home that felt like silence. We worked with a near-monochromatic palette of white oak, Bianco Carrara marble, and raw linen. Every junction, every edge, and every join was designed to disappear. Concealed HVAC runs throughout with zero visible grilles.

Details That Only the Owner Knows.

There are 847 individual elements in Pearl Penthouse that most visitors will never notice — but the owner will feel. The electrical sockets are recessed in oak panels. The HVAC diffusers are disguised as ceiling joints. That level of finish defines the project.
